As a managed services company, our work is strictly for businesses. Attentus generally does not troubleshoot personal devices.
The exception to this would be if a personal device is attached to a business’ corporate network (i.e. BYOD). In that case, we would look at it for the sake of keeping every endpoint in the network functioning smoothly and securely.
