We are a local Managed I.T. Services company looking for a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, a “never quit” mentality, a propensity to pound out calls and handle rejection that comes with phone sales, consistent behavior in terms of showing up to work on time day in day out, and ultimately being awesome setting SOLID appointments for our outside sales team. Job duties include: -Strong verbal communication skills. -Stellar organization skills. -Making 60-75 dials per day. -Setting 3-5 SOLID appointments per week minimum. -Attending daily sales meetings. -Managing CRM software/prospect database. -Mastering our inside sales process. This particular individual will be performing inside sales tasks NOT OUTSIDE SALES TASKS and the majority of their time will be spent making 60-75 dials to cold and warm leads each day having quality conversations. We recommend the residence of this individual is within 20 miles of our office to avoid any problems with an ongoing commute into the city. Annual Salary: $34,560.00 Commission: $50.00 per appointment set. 1/3 of first month MRR deal result of appointment set.
