Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Insurance
We added shipping insurance to protect your purchase from theft, loss, and damage during transit.
- Shipping Insurance will be added to all shipments coming from the Attentus office.
- Shipping and insurance costs will include hardware and labor associated with your project.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our sales team, call us at (253) 218-6015 EXT (221) or via email at returns@attentus.tech to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Ship the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
